The Snooty Fox Pub

Andy and the team were very welcoming and the pub is cosy with a fire lit to add atmosphere to the cooler autumn days. Despite the Inn being old, the room was very spacious and super clean. They provide a free continental breakfast which is prepared the night before and left in the room for you to enjoy at your own pace. We ate at the pub both evenings and the food was delicious. The pub is smack bang in the centre of Kirby Lonsdale, opposite the historic market square and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Ruskins View (google it) it is a stunning view. Shops,pubs and eating places are all on your doorstep. All in all a great stay. In fact we have booked to stay another night in November when meeting up with friends.

Nothing to dislike

A great place to stay. A lovely little town with the hotel on one of the main thoroughfares. The room was perfect the bed really comfortable, and I liked the way you could have breakfast in your room in your own time. Unusually there is a bath in an immaculate bathroom. Check in was seamless and Andy and the team made us feel very welcome. Did not expect such a high-quality of food …dinner was amazing
