lovely cosy room with a large bed and nice bathroom. the staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially to my dog (Frank) well situated in Portree very nice breakfast

The location was very central and within walking distance to Portree and various shops. The room itself was spotlessly clean and has just been refurbished (a new shower had been installed). The full Scottish breakfast was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheery and the service was very quick. A major well done. Plus, we travelled with our dog and it was a really dog friendly environment. Sausages for the dog in the morning and water topped up when required! We'd definitely return and recommend the place for other travellers. It was a pleasure staying here for a few days.

The food in the evening was way overpriced for what was effectively pub food (£30 for three courses).

Booked for work collages. Reported back that the location was great, the food was excellent and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Welcoming staff with a clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good quality.

Room was cramped, which was okay for our one night stay but would not recommend for a longer stay. Shower didn't work, but we weren't offered a partial refund despite this.
