I believe the descriptions on the booking.com web page were misleading. They stated a superb breakfast was included in the price. What was actually provided was a “ get you started package which you were required to prepare yourself and wouldn’t cover a 4 day stay such as ours. Not a bed and breakfast stay in my opinion. The property itself was comfortable and more than adequate for a couple. Good location and friendly welcome.
No outside space/ seating as suggested in advert.

The Little Barn was very cosy and comfortable. Stylishly furnished and very clean. Everything that we could want for our stay was provided and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Second visit to the barn in a couple of years. Still like new and Mel is a fantastic host. We enjoyed some good dog walks and visiting two or three of the local pubs.

Wide choice of breakfast provided and drinks available. Welcome pack provided which was very helpful. Everything in pristine condition and clean and tidy.

It was an extremely lovely place to stay, very clean and Mel went out of her way to provide extras such as milk, bread, cereals, butter. We have stayed in lots of places and this was one of the best.

the apartment was exceptionally clean, full of accessories and had everything we needed for our stay. Mel was very welcoming and the perfect host.

Plenty of choice left on a breakfast tray with quality cereals, jams, marmalades, speciality coffees and teas. A whole loaf of bread, butter, eggs, a selection of juices of milk in the fridge. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom.

Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and excellent people. Mel was super communicative and made everything very easy. They had, bread, butter, milk, juices and more available. I couldn't have asked for more.

A code lock was available but I met up with the owner in person, who then showed me the property. The location was perfect for the areas I planned to visit and pretty close to a large supermarket.

Beautiful exterior and interior. The little touches like fresh eggs/butter/milk/juice were just the cherry on top of a perfect stay.
