The private balcony has breathtaking views of a pond, and the outdoor downstairs space has ample room for family and friends to BBQ on the propane grill with picnic-style seating.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bunk room features a twin over double bunk bed, with both rooms sharing a hallway bathroom with a shower-tub combo. For your entertainment needs, there are Smart TVs with streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime in each bedroom and the living room. Movie night awaits you with your personal log-in details. Convenient parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles, with additional on-street parking. Essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, and basic necessities are provided. Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant, and bar (seasonal), gift shop, access to the beach and more! We had a lovely stay! The property is pet friendly which we loved. The house was clean when we arrived and had all the basics needed to get our trip started. The house is down the street from a walk over to the beach (short walk)! The beach club pool and restaurant were wonderful! My only suggestion is to make sure you bring bug spray because the mosquitos were relentless downstairs (thankfully we've been before and knew to bring it), luckily they left us alone on the balcony though! We did rent a golf cart and it definitely made going back and forth to the pools easier. Would definitely go back! Thanks for sharing your lovely beach house with us!
