Charming ranch home on a small six acre farm 5 miles east of downtown Grand Junction. It has beautiful views of Mount Garfield and the Grand Mesa. The house is 6 miles from Palisade and a short drive to the Orchards of Orchard Mesa. Skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort is a short 40 minute drive. Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive.
The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.

Great for dogs, we have two larger ones and the hosts were very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again, communication with the host was very good and prompt.

This was a great place for my family to stay a few days. My boys (2 & 4) loved playing battleship while we were inside and really enjoyed running around yard. The back deck was very enjoyable in the morning and quiet. It’s nice having the space behind the house to drown out the noise and take it the view. We will be back again. Forrest was available and accommodating. Great place.

The property was only blocks from my Mom. Very convenient. The house was spacious, clean and accomodating. Beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for the stay. in the future when we come back, we will keep this house in mind.

My fiance and I spent the weekend at this property with our dogs. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the back porch while looking out over the pasture and Mt Garfield behind the property. The house was spacious, clean, comfy, and had basic kitchen items so you can definitely cook meals there. We didn't get a chance to utilize the fire pit but it looked like a nice set up as well. Would stay here again. Liked it's central location to town and to the wineries.
