Guests also have access to various sports facilities: tennis courts, bocce courts, indoor soccer, and archery. The sandy, approximately 2-hectare private beach is continuously maintained and equipped with umbrellas, beach loungers, deck chairs, pedal boats, water sleds, canoes, beach volleyball courts, and a self-service bar kiosk. Of course, there’s also a playground and a mini-club (during peak season) where younger guests can let off steam. The restaurant treats you to a variety of regional, international, and gourmet dishes.
The solidly built 2-room Superior Vulci Cottage for 4 people (on request, it can accommodate up to 5 people, including one child under 3 years old in a travel crib) is located next to the pine forest. The cottage consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two full-size single beds (which can also be pushed together), which serve as a sofa during the day. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Each unit has a terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecuing is permitted in the designated barbecue areas using a charcoal grill. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 5 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY

Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). There is also an entrance and exit channel marked by buoys for those with small boats.
POOL
The beach-style pool area offers plenty of variety with its waterfalls, water features, and slides. The pool area is clearly the centerpiece of the resort. During peak season, the experienced entertainment team also keeps you entertained here daily with a varied program.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The pool area and the amphitheater are the heart of the resort and the place where the entertainment staff organize and perform games, dances, shows, and various performances. A playground is also available for younger guests to let off steam. In addition, there’s the mini-club, where your little ones are lovingly cared for by the experienced entertainment team. Families with small children also have the option of renting a crib on-site.

The town is ideal for relaxing or exploring nature on a walk. You’ll also find a selection of restaurants and cafés here. Marina di Montalto offers a variety of shops, gelaterias, restaurants, and a beautiful beach promenade where you can enjoy family walks. In addition, there are plenty of water sports options on the beach, making your vacation an unforgettable experience. You can go on long walks, bike rides, and horseback riding excursions. Marina di Montalto is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Etruscan regions, the famous cities of art and culture, and the medieval villages. For example, visit the ruins of the ancient city of Vulci or the Torre di Montalto—a former watchtower built under Pope Pius V ( (1566-1572) ) for coastal defense. Just 20 kilometers to the north lies Capalbio, a nearly intact medieval village offering a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding Maremma. A day trip to Rome, which is only about a 1.5-hour drive away, is also very easy to arrange from here.
