Summary:

Welcome to the desert’s ultimate golf retreat—our Scottsdale Birdie House and your headquarters for the perfect golf trip. Built for groups who live for the game, this custom getaway includes a championship-style putting green, indoor simulator lounge, and all the golf-inspired details you’ve come to expect. Just minutes from Grayhawk, Troon North, and TPC Scottsdale—and with hundreds of other desert layouts across the Valley—this is the ultimate home base for chasing birdies in Arizona.

The Space:

Our simulator lounge pairs the Foresight Falcon launch monitor with PuttView’s augmented reality putting system, creating the most complete indoor golf experience. Finish every hole on a sloped green that mirrors the on-screen shot. With tour-level tracking, real-time putting feedback, and no auto-putts, this setup keeps the competition going long after your round is over. Enjoy professional darts, a card table, and luxurious seating area while your buddies swing away.

Every Birdie House comes with a short-game facility built for serious golfers. Designed with multiple tee boxes, pin locations, and true-to-life bunkering, it delivers a practice experience you’d expect at a championship course. The green reacts like a tour surface, giving you the chance to dial in chips, pitches, and bunker shots. With premium wedges and putters on hand, you can work on every shot in the bag right outside your door.
