The spacious home features a large front porch, living room and family room (both including a fireplace), large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a coffee nook, abundant cookware, cocktail glassware, and a bar for entertaining.
With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms—including two master suites—the home comfortably accommodates groups. Sleeping arrangements include three queen bedrooms, one room with twin bunk beds, and one with two XL twin beds. Two bedrooms offer workspaces, and two upstairs bedrooms provide scenic views.
Enjoy outdoor living with a pellet BBQ, Blackstone griddle, two outdoor dining tables, fire pit, and three mountain bikes. Inside, guests can unwind with two video game consoles and an extensive collection of board games.

This house had it all! We took a group of 8 student council members to plan their year of success - homecoming and more! It was a beautiful home set in the hills of Redding. We enjoying cooking in the kitchen - which had all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc. The light up bar was where the group sat as we cooked. The dining room became the place where great eating and better conversations took place. One living room we used for the quiet moments, and the other was used to plan. They loved having the upstairs to themselves. We took a short walk around the ponds, scratched the dogs and talked to the goats! We never got in the hot tub, because Redding was hot! The house was the perfect temp - just everything was what we needed. Thank you

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! They were amazing communicators, and the house was pure perfection. Stunning appliances complete with every tool you might need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and the view was out of this world. We will stay here again!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into every detail. There were so many great amenities, and everything we needed was already there, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our hosts were so welcoming and gracious. The home is beautiful, and even better than the pictures. You can instantly tell that there was a lot of love put into the entire home. We hope to be back very soon and be able to spend a longer time there. Thank you for everything!
