Perched in a protected natural setting, just a short drive from the renowned resort town of Polignano al Mare, this villa blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious dialogue between architecture and nature. Designed by the renowned architect Daniele Corsaro of Grottaglie, the property reflects a modernist aesthetic inspired by Le Corbusier’s Pavillon House and the indoor-outdoor approach of Californian architects such as Eames, Eichler, and Neutra. Flooded with natural light thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows, the villa offers breathtaking views ranging from sunrise over the sea to sunset behind the pergola, creating the ideal atmosphere for al fresco dining. From the property, you can admire both Polignano and Monopoli, both renowned for their elegant restaurants, lively atmosphere, and beautiful beaches. Spread over two levels, the villa features large original works of art and a charming inner courtyard garden. Framed by a handcrafted steel staircase and adorned with tropical plants, this space becomes an integral part of the living experience. The first floor opens onto a spacious, multifunctional indoor-outdoor living area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a convivial and dynamic environment. On the upper level, the living area centers around a suspended Gyrofocus fireplace and Scandinavian-inspired furnishings, with an unobstructed view of the sea to the front and, to the rear, rolling hills dotted with centuries-old olive trees.

The villa is spread over two levels, each approximately 130 square meters, connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Spacious living room with sitting area, dining table, and open kitchen; a guest bathroom, and an utility room with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR – Living room; a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower; a double bedroom; a twin bedroom with beds that can be joined; a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Through the large windows that run the entire length of the villa’s perimeter, you can admire the surrounding countryside, with a vast expanse of centuries-old olive trees that gives way to the sea at Polignano. In front of the villa lies a modern-style swimming pool, and on one covered side, a seating area has been set up. At the rear is the dining table, shaded by a gazebo, with a wood-fired oven adjacent to it.

The pool is just a few steps from the villa. It is a rectangular infinity-edge pool with a constant depth of 1.50 m and dimensions of 10 x 4 m; it features a resin interior lining and a Roman-style access ladder; a salt-water purification system; and interior lighting. The sunbathing area is equipped with lounge chairs, deck chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cold-water shower located under an olive tree. Open from the first Saturday in April through the last Saturday in October.
