The property was clean, spacious, and centrally located in the Barossa, making it well suited for our group of 6 adults. However, several aspects detracted from the experience considering given the premium price of the accomodation.1. The house rules were communicated repeatedly, which felt excessive and diminished the sense of welcome. 2. A fallen curtain was reported, but the owner advised it would be repaired after our stay rather than during it. 3. The hot water system was inadequate for a house of this size, with hot water running out after 2 showers, despite guests being advised to stagger shower use. 4. The house was also difficult to keep warm during very cold weather, as the heating struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Wood heater in the dining lounge but no wood to burn)On a positive note, the spa was excellent, and there was plenty of room for 4 single adults and a couple sharing.Overall, while the property was clean, tidy, and conveniently located, improvements to guest comfort and amenities maintenance would enhance the experience.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Seednest. The location is very central and convenient to all Barossa Valley attractions. The house suited our needs perfectly and it was well equipped with furniture and kitchen facilities. Our host, Richard, communicated well and promptly. I can’t think of anything negative to say. We had a very enjoyable stay.
