The Space:

Our single level homestead features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The inviting living room includes a fireplace, while the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation. Enjoy the fresh country air on the patio, garden, or by the fire pit. The home offers air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, wireless internet, laundry facilities, and a barbecue grill for your convenience.



Guest Access:

As our guests, you will have exclusive and private access to the entire single level homestead, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and secluded. You are welcome to explore the surrounding grounds, including the lush gardens, open paddocks, and the peaceful patio area where you can relax with a view. We also provide full access to our outdoor fire pit and barbecue facilities for your evening enjoyment. Please feel free to make use of the garage for parking during your stay.

While the neighborhood is defined by its quiet, sprawling paddocks and orchards, you are only a twenty minute drive from the local village shops and cafes in nearby Wisemans Ferry, where you can enjoy a classic country meal by the river or pick up any necessities for your stay.

To reach our peaceful farm stay in Lower Portland, we recommend traveling by car as public transport is limited in this rural valley. Our property is located approximately ninety minutes from Sydney Airport and the Sydney central business district. We provide a private garage for your vehicle, ensuring easy and secure parking throughout your stay. Once you arrive, you will find that a car is essential for exploring the surrounding Hawkesbury region, visiting historic townships, or picking up supplies at the local village shops in Wisemans Ferry, which is just a twenty minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our homestead, please note that check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is by 11:00. We kindly ask that you respect our no smoking policy inside the home. As we are located in a peaceful rural environment, please be aware that pets are not permitted on the property. We provide a private garage for your convenience and secure parking. While we offer a tranquil escape, we recommend arriving by car as public transport is limited in this valley.
