Room was clean and recently renovated (everything is brand new from the bathroom to the room furniture).
Staff was not as perfect as expected.
Breakfast supposed to be buffet, but all the Food Pans (Warmers) were empty, however the staff asked us for anything to prepare, maybe because the hotel was half empty.
The location is perfect for shopping.

Your laundry staff needs to be more experience.
Breakfast was very good including your staff.

This is my second time staying here, I love this hotel even more now as they are renovating the rooms! I did have a slight issue with a staff member which I won't discuss on social platform that has disheartened me from staying there again though. It would have been nice if the hotel offered some kind of compensation, but they didn't, (and I don't think it should have been up to me to ask) so I am pretty disapointed about that. Some of the staff should also be taught to smile more as they have blunt serious looks on their face and this isn't best practice in hospitality and I did feel uncomfortable at times. Besides that, the hotel is lovely.
