My family stayed at this property for 3 days. House was just as described. Included all of the basic necessities. Access to the home was easy. Home was clean. Neighborhood was pretty quiet throughout the day. Only feedback I have is for extra towels and washcloths. Street parking can be crowded however there was space on the side of the house for parking. We really had no issues and didn’t need to reach out to the owner for anything

The place was very nice inside, well kept and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. Having secure parking behind the gate and not having to park on the street was awesome. The only issues I had was trying to connect with the host which I think was more a technical issue. He was messaging me but didn’t seem to be getting my messages back.

The house was described very accurately and the host was great.

The check in process was horrible, I was sent a code the day before to get inside of the property along with instructions, come to find out the code didn’t work and the key to the home was missing. I waited 3 hours trying to communicate with the host until I got a reply back. The back door lock wasn’t working seem like it was broke, one person had to stay in the home while we went outside because again we couldn’t lock the front door. Water was leaking from the front door into the home when someone took a shower. The couch is sunken in. The upstairs floors are very squeaky they can use strips on the steps because them stairs are very slippery. Overall this is a great property just needs to look into the things I pointed out. Also parking was great as. Check out time was 11am and the cleaning lady showed up at 9:55am while we was getting ourselves together to leave very inconvenient because we didn’t get into the property until 7:30pm and we arrived around 4:30pm. At least the parking was great that’s the only thing I can brag about
