Best Western Plus Airport Hotel

Loved the new renovated rooms!

The old rooms didnt like so much staying there.

We were there for a night as we had a flight to take the next day. It was close to the airport so that suited us.

It is a strictly basic value stay and what we paid for a night for this property definitely did not justify. The staff at the reception not quite warm. Overall it was ok ok. Don't want to say much.

Close to the airport as I was just staying overnight.

It’s in the process of an upgrade, which I didn’t know about until I checked in! There was a lot of noise in the morning from the workmen, so I was fortunate that I was leaving the hotel around 8:30. The room had a new feel to it but there were things missing. No rubbish bin in the bathroom, no shelving of any kind in the shower (to put personal items like shampoo, or soap), the wall in the walk-in shower was not long enough so water splashed all over the floor, there was nowhere to put your suitcase except on the bed or floor, the toilet roll holder was in the wrong position, (you were almost sitting on it when using the toilet!), and the pillows were so small!! All these things (except maybe the wall in the shower) are fixable.

Very clean, nice and big rooms. Nice people. Very Good Location for Airport Transfer.

I requested you the receipt now 5 times: 1. at booking: nothing Happened. 2. during Check in: answer was „come again at Check out“, nothing happened. 3. After Check out: got one, but with wrong adress. 4. After Check out again: i was promised to get it via mail (eben Wrote Down the adress on a paper sheet), Nothing happened. 5. over booking.com App (again): lets see…. Is that good Service?
