Our chalet is located at the entrance to the village of Morillon, within a small complex of about thirty chalets with free access to the common areas: swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna (sauna by reservation). PLEASE NOTE: These common areas are closed and inaccessible from September 11 through December 12.

Recently renovated with a cozy feel (first season available for rent), the chalet is laid out over two levels:
- First floor: an entryway with storage and a washing machine, a shower room with a toilet, a 24-square-meter living area (living room/dining room) with an open-concept kitchen and access to the balcony/terrace, as well as a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms that share a small balcony: the first with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the second with three single beds (80x190), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

In addition to these 7 sleeping spots (ideal comfort configuration), the living room sofa can be converted into a third queen-size bed (160x200) with a high-quality mattress.
A baby bed is also available (travel crib)

The chalet is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, drip coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, food processor, and washing machine.
We can provide all linens as an optional extra: After booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire asking if you’d like this option and the associated rates. If you choose this option, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and a bath mat for each bathroom and two kitchen towels will also be provided. Please note that the linens option is not available for last-minute reservations.

The chalet has two ski lockers for storing your gear after your days on the slopes and a locked garage where you can park a car or securely store your mountain bikes in the summer. You can also park two cars outside, right in front of the chalet.

Finally, you’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi internet access via the chalet’s fiber-optic connection.

You’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the iconic Criou and the surrounding mountains overlooking Samoëns and its valley—an authentic year-round destination.

During the winter season (through March 20), a free shuttle stops at the foot of the housing development and takes you in three stops to the main Morillon gondola in the Grand Massif ski area: Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, with its 139 slopes (including the superb 14-km-long Cascade run, connecting Flaine and Sixt). You can also reach the historic village of Morillon in a 10-minute walk, or visit the picturesque center of Samoëns (and enjoy its outdoor ice rink) in 5 minutes by car or via the valley shuttles… or on foot via a lovely hike along the Giffre River.

On sunny days, enjoy the many activities available in the valley: rafting, kayaking, swimming, hiking (including the famous Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval), paragliding, mountain biking, Fatscoot…
