La Villa Rosa is a fenced holiday villa with an annex, swimming pool, terraces, etc. in Montgo, Denia.

The villa with annex can function as three separate living units, each with its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are a total of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The villa is well equipped both inside and out to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The villa has sleeping accommodation for 12 people.

It is about 5 km to the city and 6 km to the beach. There are long sandy beaches from the center and northward, while you will find pebble beaches south of the city. The city is known for its excellent dining experiences with a rich selection of restaurants, beautiful and varied beaches, many festivals, Montgo National Park, beautiful hiking areas, a large and thriving marina, and several great golf courses in the area, including La Sella Golf Resort with 27 holes (three 9-hole loops) in a picturesque landscape about 12 minutes from the house.

You have access to Montgo National Park and hiking trails for the area about 200 meters from the house.

There are short distances to several scenic areas, beautiful beaches, and exciting towns in the area if you want to take some short trips to look around.


Important information
The rental price includes bed linen with duvets, 3 towels per guest (beach towel, shower towel, and hand towel), water, pool and garden service. Use of washing machine, dryer, gas for BBQ, and internet are also included.

We have various beach equipment available, such as beach chairs, parasols, diving masks, and various toys.

Electricity is included at 140 kW per week. Electricity consumption beyond this is charged at 0.20 EUR per kWh.
