The property boasts a stunning private pool, BBQ area, and Brick Pizza Oven creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining under the Italian sunshine. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the Apartment, including the bedrooms, full bathrooms, living space, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you'll enjoy shared access among other guests to the entire property with vineyards, olive farms, gardens, gazebos, private pool, BBQ area, brick pizza oven, patio, and tennis court.



The Neighborhood:

Montalpruno Winery sits right on the border between Poggibonsi and Staggia Senese, in the heart of Tuscany’s historic Chianti Region. For centuries, this area has been cultivated by hand, producing the Sangiovese grapes used in many of Tuscany’s celebrated wines as well as the olives that become the region’s renowned extra virgin olive oil.

While the setting feels peaceful you are still very close to everything you might need. The town of Poggibonsi is just 10 minutes away, where you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops. It’s the most convenient town for everyday needs during your stay.

For exploring Tuscany, the location is especially ideal:

San Gimignano – 25 minutes (famous medieval towers and beautiful views)

Siena – about 20 minutes

Florence – about 40–45 minutes

Chianti Classico wine region – many wineries within 15–30 minutes

This makes Montalpruno a perfect base: you can spend your days visiting vineyards, historic towns, and local markets, and then return to the quiet countryside to relax by the pool or enjoy the sunset over the vineyards.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our Tuscan villa. Complimentary parking is available in the garage. For public transport, the Poggibonsi train station is a short 10-minute drive, offering connections to major cities like Florence (approx. 45-minute train ride) and Siena (approx. 25minute drive). Florence Airport (FLR) is about a 50m drive away.. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Poggibonsi for convenient local travel. Explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside with ease, knowing you have various transportation options at your fingertips.



Other Things to Note:

Please note Montalpruno does not have an on-site restaurant. That said, we're happy to take care of you with a few complimentary services during your stay, including a remote concierge service, a wine tasting, and bicycle rentals. We also offer optional add-ons for an extra touch, such as breakfast delivery, private chef services, a pizza making experience, and a sunset picnic.
