Enjoy sunrise and sunset views on the large private oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating! The open concept living space features a seating for four at the kitchen bar. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wake up to the ocean views from the wall of windows in the peaceful main bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The main bedroom has a mounted flat-screen TV and access to the private balcony. The ensuite main bathroom has a double vanity and a separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom or the bunk room is perfect for the kiddos; featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Guest Access:
Welcome to Lighthouse! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to check in at the office (located on the 2nd Floor) to purchase the parking passes and receive wristbands.

Wristbands are required to be worn at all pools, hot tubs, and the fitness center March-October.
