Ideally located just 500 m from Saint-Guénolé harbour and shops, it allows you to do everything on foot, whilst remaining close to the most beautiful sites in the area. The Pors Carn beach is 1 km away and the famous surf spot La Torche is just 4 km away. Fully equipped, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 travellers. You will also enjoy a large outdoor space with garden, a 40 m² furnished terrace and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sweet summer evenings.



Pass through the front door and discover a large living space with access to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the indoor table or prefer the outdoor one on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, by the decorative fireplace, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a double bed (140 x 190 cm).

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.

Bedroom 4 – upstairs: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.



The accommodation has 2 bathrooms: the one upstairs is equipped with a bathtub, the one on the ground floor has a shower. Two toilets are also available, including one separate.



For your comfort, a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron are at your disposal.



You benefit from 3 private parking spaces. Your bicycles can be stored safely in the laundry room located at the entrance.
