Summary:

This home has plenty of space to relax in, lots of amenities to enjoy, while also being just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. If you enjoy shopping, the Domain Outlet Mall is only about 10 minutes away!



The Space:

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests maximum, with 4 private bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms.



The master bedroom overlooks the pool and features a queen bed with an attached private bathroom and a large jacuzzi bathtub.



The other three bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a double sink vanity. The bathroom vanity is separated from the bathtub, shower, and toilet by a locking door. The three additional bedrooms include a full-size bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds.



All beds, including the master bedroom, feature hotel-grade Helix Comfort mattresses designed to provide a comfortable night's sleep.



For parents of young children, we provide a high chair and crib. For moms who pump, we also have a Spectra pump available for use during your stay. Please bring your own attachments.



Please note that the former garage is currently being converted into additional Airbnb space and is not accessible to guests at this time.

The main living room features a comfortable leather sectional facing the TV. If reading and relaxing is more your style, you can enjoy one of the leather swivel chairs by the fireplace and choose a book from the shelves.



The dining room table seats 4 people. Additional chairs are available from the outdoor dining area if needed.



If you need to work during your stay, the study features a standing desk and monitor. The room also has double doors that can be closed for added privacy.



Don't want to miss your workout? The home has a full gym located on the covered back porch. Please note that the gym is outdoors under a covered patio, so extreme weather such as heavy rain or very cold temperatures may affect its use. Fans are available during warmer weather.



The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and beautiful Round Rock weather. String lights illuminate the yard at night, and the covered patio includes an outdoor dining table that seats 7 comfortably. We are also continuing to add more poolside and patio furniture for guests to enjoy.



We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay, with an additional pet fee. If bringing a pet, please do not allow them on the leather couches unless a heavy blanket is placed down first. Pets that cause damage such as scratches, claw marks, chewing, or accidents may result in additional charges for necessary repairs or cleaning.

The driveway of the home can fit 2-4 cars, and if more space is needed, you can park 2 cars on the street in front of the home! If you want to go shopping, The Domain and the Round Rock Premium Outlets are only 10 minutes away. You can also reach downtown via the N Mopac Expressway in about 20-25 min.

POOL SAFETY: Because the home has a pool, anyone under 16 years old must have an adult age 18 or older present in the pool area at all times.



REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Visitors, gatherings, parties, or events involving anyone who is not included on the reservation are not allowed.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Unauthorized parties or events may result in a minimum $750 fee.



PLEASE RESPECT QUIET HOURS: We kindly ask that all guests keep noise levels low and be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay. Please avoid loud conversations, music, excessive noise, or gatherings outdoors, especially during quiet hours. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, so please keep the volume at a respectful level and help us maintain a quiet neighborhood.



STREET PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Please note that street parking is not allowed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, due to city regulations. This restriction applies to our street as well as nearby streets. Please make sure to follow all posted parking regulations to avoid receiving a citation or having your vehicle towed.



OVEN: The oven is currently unavailable and cannot be used until further notice.
