Our room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable! The TV was HUGE and such an added bonus. It exceeded expectations!

The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.

In room 26 you need to fix the bed, the mattress is falling off the bed on the side towards the bathroom when you sleep on it. Also need something in the room to place suitcases or luggage on instead of the floor. No plugs by the bed for your phone charger either. In room 26 the TV and the bed needs to be which around in my opinion.
But very nice and clean, love the closed gate.
