This first floor apartment in the centre of Windermere provides a very convenient base being close to the lake, mountains and public transport links.. All on the First Floor:

Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, DVDs, Electric Woodburner
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Parking permit (for use on a nearby car park and many other car parks in the South Lake District). No smoking. Please note: There are 16 steps up to the entrance and the flat is above the Cumbrian Cottages office.. Excellent family and I had a fabulous time and stay will definitely be back next year

Great property in Windermere village, right in the centre for pubs, restaurants, shops etc, but not noisy.Also close to train station and bus stops. If driving, you get a permit and park in the car park a few minutes away. The permit works in council car parks in the region (Bowness, Kendall etc), which saves on parking fees. The Appartment is clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen, and good wifi. Most importantly - beds were comfortable!Check in was easy via keysafe.It did the job for us. 4 nights away in half-term, with lots to do nearby.Minor negative - hot water pressure in showers quite weak.
