It is also located close shopping and great restaurants at nearby Coligny Square. Enjoy 60 miles of bike trails and beach access directly across the street from the property. This condo's location can't be beat. It is walking distance to Coligny Beach and all its amenities, and if you don't want to walk, there is beach access right across the street. It was on the first floor, and the condo's pool was right out the back door about 100 steps away. The shared laundry room is right down the hall on the same floor, and it takes quarters (1 to wash, 1 to dry). The kitchen was nice, had enough to cook a meal, but small, so one cook at a time. Overall, a great experience.
