Guest Guidlines:

- Pets allowed case-by-case with prior approval
- No large parties or events. Small gatherings allowed with reasonable discretion
- All guests must be disclosed at booking
- Quiet residential area - please be respectful of neighbors
- This is a smoke free home. Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises
- Open to extended stays. Please inquire for more details and special pricing
- Check in after 3PM, checkout by 11AM unless otherwise arranged
- Guests are responsible for all personal items; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage outside of normal use or missing items; do not move or remove furniture, decor, appliances, electronics, etc.
- Use on-site features and amenities at your own risk
- Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival
- The house runs on filtered private well water with ample storage. As water availability may vary with usage and weather conditions, we ask guests, specifically large parties, to be mindful of consumption - No subletting will be permitted
