The "Kermessu" annex is a romantic retreat for a couple, a family, or two couples of friends, featuring exposed beams and whitewashed wood or river-pebble floors. Enjoy walking barefoot or in slippers on these natural surfaces—they relax, soothe, and keep dust down. The bathroom has a teak floor and stays comfortable year-round.



Through "Kermessu"'s windows, you’ll enjoy views of the flower garden, vegetable patch, woodland, and river, all facing south and surrounded by nature. Dine outdoors in the sun or shade. Canoe and paddleboard are at your disposal.



Please do not smoke inside the annex; smoking is allowed in the riverside garden. A check-out inspection will be done. If you prefer not to clean at the end of your stay, cleaning is available for an extra fee.

Just 1,200 m away, you can walk or cycle to the ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops and restaurants. Hossegor is 3 km away, and the forest is just across the river.
