Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Sherman Hill blends modern Des Moines energy with Victorian-era charm.
Historic mansions line leafy streets, while Hoyt Sherman Place hosts art shows and concerts. Locals grab coffee, browse boutiques, and enjoy nearby restaurants before heading to downtown events. It’s a walkable neighborhood where 19th‑century architecture meets today’s creative, urban lifestyle.

Check in/out process was super easy to do. The place was clean, comfortable, and very beautiful, super functional for what we wanted. The host was great at communicating and offering recommendations. Location was ideal for us and right outside of downtown, easy commute to everything we wanted to see. Great coffee, ice cream, and food at Smokey Row right around the corner!!
