Very clean, cute property. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in and communication with the host was amazing. The getaway was very clean and close to UT. Everything needed for a nice stay was provided.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was exactly as described. Basic supplies were well-chosen! I especially appreciated the vegetable oil, salt, and pepper along with a few common seasonings. Those of us who cook to save travel money really benefit from those few thoughtful supplies! There were also a few pots and pans, a colander, mixing bowl, grater, and all the other fundamental things you need to do simple cooking. Property was very clean. It is in a working class area, but felt quite safe and was quiet. I do recommend bringing ear plugs at night if you are sensitive to noise as there can sometimes be a little traffic noise, but it did not bother us. (It's occasional and not overwhelming at all.) I thought it was well-organized and instructions were clear--overall, very good value. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Could use better more comfort living room furniture and some place to set luggage
