The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

I have actually booked this property twice, I had to cancel the first one due to an injury. Communication with the property manager is stellar! The spot is cute, well outfitted, great space! I would stay there again. Not far from UT.

This unit was fantastic. Everything was so clean. Perhaps the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The appliances are all new and it has everything you need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were a wonderful added bonus. Missy is an excellent communicator. The book in the unit outlining restaurants, etc is great. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again if we were ever in the beautiful city of Knoxville again.

Cute, quaint, and adorable little gem. It’s clean, well decorated and equipped with the things you could need for a quick getaway or a lengthy stay.
Only thing I could say remotely negative is location. Oh well. But not enough to say I wouldn’t stay there again, especially for the price point considering how clean and well designed it is.
