Welcome to our newly built luxury home in Torrey, Utah, just a 10-minute drive from Capitol Reef National Park. Designed to feel like a high-end hotel with all the comforts of home, The Torrey House is the perfect basecamp for families and groups exploring Utah's red rock country.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's room for the whole group to spread out and relax. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and Smart TVs, so everyone has a private retreat at the end of the day, while the kids' bunk room gives little ones a fun space of their own.

Whether you're cooking a big family breakfast before hitting the trails or preparing a dinner to celebrate a great day outdoors, you'll have everything you need. Large windows fill the home with natural light and frame the spectacular red rock scenery. Step out onto the observation deck to take in the landscape, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee as the cliffs light up or winding down as the sun sets.

The entire house is a smart home, designed to make your stay effortless. In-ceiling speakers run throughout the house, so you can set the mood with your favorite music in every room, from a relaxed playlist while cooking to background music during a family game night.

Town Park is a 5-minute walk away, and the general store, trading post, and local restaurants are all within easy walking distance. On Saturdays from May to October, the farmers market is just a short walk away too. Leave the car parked and stroll into town for dinner!

I recently stayed at this wonderful rental house and really couldn't have been more pleased with my experience! The location is unbeatable, with Capitol Reef National Park just minutes away—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families eager to explore the park.Inside, the house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout. Every room feels cared for, and the thoughtful touches in the décor set it apart from other rental options. It's obvious the hosts—Jeremy and Olga—care about creating a 5-star experience for their guests.The amenities here are outstanding. My family and I enjoyed relaxing on the porch swing and spending time on the spacious decks. The property is truly family-friendly, with plenty of toys and games to keep children entertained (my granddaughter raved about the bunk room). The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials and more, making it easy to prepare meals. The inclusion of toiletries was an added convenience we greatly appreciated.Communication with the property hosts was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.Lastly, the sheer spaciousness of the house made it perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, indoors and outdoors.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed home base near Capitol Reef.

This place was awesome. Couldn't ask for anything better. Easy access to Capital Reef was easy. Torrey is small, but had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here! Totally recommend staying here. Comfortable beds, kids room was loved! Great layout for multigenerational families to stay.
