Say hello to TraSea's Mark in the Sand — formerly the "Sea-Esta" Beach House! We just had to rename this cutie after its proud parents: Mark + Tracy = "TraSea's Mark In The Sand"! 391 Blue Mountain Rd, is tucked just steps from the beach access in Old Blue Mountain Beach on Scenic 30A—one of the coveted, most magical spots along 30-A.
This two-story treasure is all about family fun and sandy toes...Featuring over 2,200 sq ft, An upstairs primary bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and separate shower and soaking tub in the bathroom. French doors lead out to the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or lay in bed and catch up on your favorite TV shows.
The open upstairs kitchen + living area is made for epic family nights around the dining room table, movie snuggles on the couch with a 65" Smart TV, or chilling with toes up on the balcony after a full beach day! Alongside the couch is a cozy sitting area with four swivel chairs, perfect for curling up with a good beach book and a morning cup of coffee.
Downstairs Details — three bedrooms + two full baths.
---The poolside bedroom features a king bed and a 42" smart TV, LED lighting, and French doors leading out to the pool. (Sleeps 2)
---An additional bedroom also features a king bed with 42" Smart TV, large closet and is located right next to the kitchenette. (Sleeps 2)
---Lastly, the fun awaits for the kiddos in the bunk room featuring a custom made bunk area. Two Twin-over-full bunks with lighting and built-in charging stations so everyone stays powered up for tomorrow's adventures! The bunk room also feature a private bathroom with full shower. Please note: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests in this room, but this is intended for children. For teenagers, this room is more suitable to sleep 4.
---A handy kitchenette downstairs: full fridge, Keurig coffee station, and snack-stashing cabinets for the late night snacks. The laundry area is also downstairs...right next to the "Selfie Wall"!!! (because everyone needs an outfit check before leaving the beach house for dinner out on 30-A!

Beautiful, clean. So easy to get to the beach

This is a great house for a family vacation. The cleanliness was exceptional, tons of storage space to unpack home brought items, and overall great atmosphere to be with family members. The location is also a plus with less than a few minutes walk down to the beach and to many of the restaurants and ice cream shops. The private pool was a MAJOR hit with our stay since many of the days were double red flag - keeping the kids out of the ocean. My family and I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the rental!

We have been guest for nearly 25 years on 30 A, this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about Heather the property manager. She was beyond helpful and felt like family after working with her . The property is 10 STARS! Perfect location to everything you want !
