Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my fourth stay at the Cottage on the Green for an annual mother daughter trip, and we absolutely love it there! The cottage is clean, cute, and comfortable, and has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has all of the cookware we need to cook meals at home (though there are plenty of delicious restaurants on Tybee). We appreciate the beach towels and a few other other items for beach days, and the cottage is very close to access to North Beach. After a long beach day, we love the outdoor shower and then sitting on the front screened porch for dinner. The sleeping porch is a special bonus space for enjoying the night breeze and rocking gently to sleep on the swinging bed. We love how responsive the Mermaid team was to any question we had. We absolutely recommend staying at Cottage on the Green!

This was was second time staying here and would highly recommend!

Cottage on the Green B was fantastic. Close to the beach, clean, quiet, nicely decorated and the property manager Jennifer was very helpful with suggestions on what to do on the island. We would highly recommend Cottage on the Green.

Over exaggeration of location to the beach and light house. I did not know we were sharing a house.
