Traditional fisherman's cottage located in the heart of Mourillon, on a quiet side street. It has been completely renovated while retaining its original charm: exposed beams, terracotta tiles and oak parquet flooring in the bedrooms, and lime-washed walls in the living room, typical of Provençal houses. A 5-minute walk from the beach and shops, the house stays cool thanks to its stone walls and is equipped with reversible air conditioning. On the first floor, an entrance hall leads to a small courtyard and the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room. The utility room houses the toilet and washing machine. On the first floor, there are two quiet and bright bedrooms with books and games available, as well as a brand-new bathroom. The second floor is accessed via a slightly steep beechwood staircase. This sleeping area is protected by railings and features two single beds, a comfortable futon, and a play area. Free parking is available on all streets in the neighborhood, and you can take advantage of the house's location to get around on foot. We leave all our beach games available in the courtyard. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, and cleaning must be done by the tenant.
