The house is spacious both inside and out, with accommodation spread over 3 levels, a large private swimming pool and lawned garden - ideal for large groups of friends or families holidaying together. Villa Sabater is ideally positioned in Pollensa countryside in the area known as La Font, 5 minutes' drive from the old town. If you're looking for a holiday villa with a traditional Spanish vibe, this house is ideal. The property has several traditional features, plus the old town is full of authentic Spanish cafes, restaurants and shops. For a day at the seaside, Cala San Vicente's small sandy coves, as well as the huge sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa, are both within 15 minutes' drive.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
