There are two bedrooms: a twin bedroom on the ground floor and an open-plan master bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.6 metres) and en-suite bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom leads to a private terrace with stunning views, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small groups.



The villa is located in a fantastic rural setting close to the small medieval town of Artà. Just 2 km away you will find shops for daily needs, a lovely weekly market on Tuesdays as well as good cafés and restaurants. Cala Ratjada with its many attractive bars along the promenade is also worth a visit. The villa is only a few kilometres away from popular sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal or Cala Bono. Enjoy cycling or walking along the Via Verde, as the 30 km route from Manacor to Artà is generally very flat and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
