The Seeadler vacation home is a spacious and family-friendly semi-detached house in an idyllic location in the village of Korswandt, nestled in a protected landscape area near the three imperial spas on the island of Usedom. Surrounded by nature yet centrally located, this vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation, active vacations, and leisurely days with family or friends—any time of year. With approximately 70 square meters of living space spread over two floors, the vacation home offers a well-thought-out layout with plenty of comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find an open living area with a modern kitchenette that is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A separate dining table provides ample space for shared meals, while the cozy living area with a couch, rocking chair, and TV invites you to relax. During the cooler months, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The first floor is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine for your personal use.

During the summer months, you can enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace with a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and an umbrella. A charcoal grill is available for social evenings—perfect for relaxed barbecues under the open sky.

The upper floor features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with an open footboard, a closet, and its own TV. The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) that are easy to get into and can be arranged flexibly as single beds or a double bed. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened and offer ideal conditions for a restful night’s sleep. In addition, there is a spacious second bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub and toilet.

All windows are equipped with insect screens. To ensure a worry-free start to your vacation, the beds are already made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of all essentials is available. A parking space right next to the house, free Wi-Fi, and a lockable, ground-level bike storage room with charging capabilities for e-bikes round out the amenities.
