This fully updated home is nestled in the highly desirable community of Reserves at Town Center! As you pull into the drive, you will immediately feel the stressors of everyday life melt away as you take notice of the mature, tropical landscaping surrounded by palms. Walk inside where you will take notice of brand-new laminate flooring and an open-concept layout. The full kitchen positively gleams with its quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Five star amenities also include a personal Free Ice-Cream Machine! When it's time to eat, enjoy gathering for breakfast in the nook brightened by the large glass windows. Or, dine al fresco by the pool. Full and content, gather on the living room's soft sofa and catch up on your favorite TV show. Private TVs are also available in the bedrooms, as well as soft linens and central air. A true focal point of the home is the enclosed, heated pool! The perfect spot to enjoy the best of a Florida lifestyle and spend playful hours splashing and lounging. Mere minutes away, enjoy visiting Davenport's delicious diners, vibrant shops, and world-renowned golf courses. Orlando is a close neighbor and boasts both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Disney World is just a 15 minute drive and you are only a 10 minute drive from the Island H2O Waterpark. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Please call in at least 4 days prior to check-in if requesting the pool to be heated. January-June, October-December is highly recommended to add pool heater. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

I have no big complaints I just wish it was listed that yes it does come with a icecream machine but does not include anything for the actual ice-cream which is fine but their also were no instructions on what to buy to use it either. Cleanliness we did find some hair on the end tables and beds which may be okay im just a germ freak. Pool was wonderful way deeper then expected! ( not a problem).
