Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.).
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).

A beautiful home no doubt, the kids loved it as soon as we walked in. Our vehicle was parked right outside the front door. Would definitely stay here again.
