Apartment with sea-view balcony located in a quiet and elegant area of Genoa, just a few steps from the sea and the greenery of Nervi Park. This is a spacious and modern apartment.
Recently renovated, the apartment is bright and furnished in a contemporary style, with comfortable spaces designed for maximum comfort. It features two sea-view balconies, perfect for relaxing outdoors, and guests are welcomed with a complimentary prosecco offered by the owner.

The location is ideal for those seeking a seaside holiday in Genoa, surrounded by scenic walks, beaches, parks, and services, with excellent connections to the city center and main tourist attractions. Situated in a peaceful residential setting, the accommodation is close to the famous Anita Garibaldi Promenade, one of Genoa’s most picturesque coastal paths overlooking the sea and cliffs, leading to the charming marina of Nervi and the large historic park—perfect for walks, relaxation, and outdoor moments, even with your dog.
The property is pet-friendly: your four-legged friends are welcome. Just a 5-minute walk away is the Genova Nervi train station, from which you can reach Genoa’s historic center in just one stop or easily explore the Eastern Riviera, with fast connections to Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, and the Cinque Terre.

The property is located on a private, slightly uphill road, accessible both on foot and by car via code. It is possible to enter the street to unload luggage; however, parking inside is not guaranteed, especially during high season. Paid parking nearby or free public parking areas within walking distance are recommended.

As this is a historic building dating back to 1928 and protected as a cultural heritage site, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The building has an important history: a well-known journalist and former editor of Corriere della Sera once lived here, a figure fondly remembered by the family.
FocainContromano wishes you an unforgettable stay in Genoa Nervi, surrounded by sea, nature, history, and comfort, and warmly welcomes you.
