Welcome to our lovely, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront home located at the end of a quiet canal in Beach Haven West. This peaceful retreat offers stunning water views, a saltwater heated pool, and plenty of space for the whole family—just under 4 miles from LBI’s renowned beaches.
After a day at the beach, unwind back at the house with something for everyone—take a refreshing dip in the pool, shoot hoops with poolside basketball, lounge on a float, or try crabbing and fishing right from your private dock. As evening sets in, gather around the Solo wood-burning or propane fire pit, fire up the grill, or head out to one of the area’s excellent local restaurants. End the night under the stars, roasting marshmallows by the backyard fire pit.
The Space
This beautifully remodeled home features modern finishes, abundant natural light, and an open, welcoming layout.
• Open-concept first floor with lots of natural light
• Fully equipped kitchen, coffee drip machine, a French press machine and a Keurig coffee machine.
• Dining area seating for 8, plus 2 counter seats
• Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway
• Fully gated property offering privacy and peace of mind
• New pet-friendly flooring
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Located on the second floor, the home comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests:
• Primary suite with king bed, Purple 4 mattress, private balcony, spa-style bathroom with shower & jacuzzi, and a large walk-in closet
• Second bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in closet
• Third bedroom with two bunk beds (twin over full) and a walk-in closet
• Second full bathroom with a soaking tub
• Additional half bath on the main level
• Wireless phone chargers in every room.
. All bedding and bath towels are provided. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
Outdoor & Water Activities

• Heated saltwater pool

Beautiful home, and the heated pool was a real plus! Our host responded quickly to questions. The location is great with stores, restaurants and the beach only minutes away.

The house has a great location, very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our vacation. The heated pool is the best advantage; especially when weather is not great for the beach. Tony was very helpful and provided all needed information ahead of time..
