Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy cozy evenings with Fire Stick streaming while overlooking the deck and mountain scenery beyond.

A separate studio loft space provides additional flexibility, featuring a queen size sofa bed and the option to serve as a private sleeping area or an elegant game room with board games and children's books for the kids.

Guests have full access to the entire property and will be the only ones there.

The code to the lockbox for the key will be provided in a "Welcome" letter emailed prior to arrival.

"Other things to note"
Following confirmation guests will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and Pet Addendum, if traveling with a dog.

This stunning home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the small town of Three Rivers, gateway to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. We are very mindful and considerate of our neighbors and ask our guests to abide by our Quiet Time policy of 10pm-8am (May-Sept) and 9pm-8am (Oct-Apr).
