Affectionately named 'Whale Rock Haven', our newly listed oceanfront property is the perfect prescription for a comfortable and memorable Maine Vacationland getaway.
In need of an ocean breeze? Open one or all of our three living room sliders for the freshest air imaginable courtesy of Taunton Bay. Experience our slice of heaven like a local in this gorgeous house, close to Acadia.
Experience ample wildlife in natural habitats...seals, eagles, blue herons, cormorants, mallards. Occasional visits from deer and fox add to the fun!
Inside, guests find a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, and a king and twin in our large guest addition. A child's trundle bed is built inside the twin bed, and conveniently slides out to accommodate 6th person (child).
This private guest room is a spacious addition with cathedral ceilings featuring skylights and a SECOND living room. Two bathrooms add convenience and comfort during your stay, as well as a built-in Sauna for 4 in the fall & winter seasons. The space comfortably sleeps up to 6.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors, on the wrap-around oceanfront deck or sprawling lawn this fabulous home provides a superb base. The house offers heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms to keep you cozy no matter the climate.
Explore the mountains, lakes and seas nearby, as well as Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park which is a very scenic 30 minute drive.

This is a perfect vacation rental. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The scenery is breathtaking. The home is equipped with everything you need and more. It is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has different kinds of pans and utensils for preparing meals. Well stocked with spices. The deck and yard have plenty of seating areas. The towels and sheets are good quality. The owners spent a lot of attention to details and added touches to make the home beautiful. The property is centrally located to so many attractions, shopping and restaurants. We had an amazing vacation and are looking forward to our next trip staying at this rental.Thank you very much for being such amazing hosts. We appreciated the communication before and during our trip.

We loved our stay and this property. The view was beautiful. Very spacious for our family of 5. The supplies and provisions were above and beyond any that I have experienced. Plenty of high quality towels, kitchen was very well stocked. The owners were accessible via cell phone to field my last minute questions.
