Two bathrooms and two separate toilets ensure comfort, even when fully occupied. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, while amenities such as a washing machine and on-site parking make longer stays easy and relaxing.

There's also a beautiful cycle route along the Loire, passing through charming towns like Ancenis. The Natural Park, about 30 minutes from the holiday home, is highly recommended for children. There's plenty to do and see there, from climbing and ziplining to seeing unique animals. Mauges-sur-Loire - the village is nestled in a green, rural setting on the south bank of the Loire River. The region is known for its natural beauty and rich history. There are many enjoyable excursions to be made in the area, such as a canoe or boat trip on the Loire and a variety of cultural events and tourist attractions, such as the heritage of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil and river activities in Montjean-sur-Loire.
