Palazzo Poste Suites

Location was amazing - rooftop terrace was a bonus.

The warm water was tepid when we arrived but this was fixed quickly. Never stayed in this sort of shared common area arrangement before so was a little unusual for us but amazing place and would stay again.

New, modern, amazing location and decor, super safe, great staff!

TV did not work

We were blown away by the beautiful building the suites were located in, but even more so when the doors opened on the private lift to the suites! The communal lounge, dining and small kitchen area were really lovely and contained everything you needed. There was a lovely room in the 'tower', that overlooked the city, which had music, games and books so you never needed to be confined to your room when resting from a day exploring this lovely city. However, our suite was also beautiful and spacious and had fabulous touches like a Dyson hairdryer and Jo Malone diffusers. Our favourite part was the roof terrace! It's where we sat and had our fresh morning coffee and where we watched the sunset in the evening. There were only 2 other suites apart from ours and we were very lucky that these were vacant, which meant we had everything to ourselves. (They only opened a few months ago!) The location was perfect too as everything was within a very short walking distance. We were actually quite sad when we had to move on to Lake Garde.

There was nothing at all that we didn't like! We had great communication with them right from the time we booked so everything ran smoothly and we had a wonderful stay.

L’emplacement et la propreté.

Big Sister is watching you !
