Excellent and clear communication with the hosts. Immediate response. Asked if everything was alright during our stay.
We were 5 people and booked the apartment because 5 sleeping possibilities were offered. This was provided for us and all beds and the sofa bed were made up.
Not too far ( 25 minutes on foot) to the centre of Nancy.
Parking possibility outside the building.
Shutters in the bedrooms so slept well.
Easy check in and check out with fair and reasonable times ( 15.00 and 11.00). Key code given. Very flexible.
Internet, washing machine, linen and towels, fair price.
Definitely could do with a thorough clean. That mat in the lounge where the bar stools are was horrible.
Needs some repair work and TLC.
We wanted to sort out rubbish but only one bin and no instructions provided.
