The location was perfect so close to the beach lots of steps but that kept us fit, the villa was perfect for us 6 ladies we all loved the outside space with unbelievable views. Our host Raphaella was amazing nothing was too much trouble suggested restaurants organised our boat trip and our taxi to leave. Made it so easy for us.

Only one thing the outside furniture could do with updating on the top patio was a bit tired.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Liogerma per 10 giorni, in 10 persone, ed è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, compreso il barbecue, e la presenza di ambienti e camere separati permette, anche in un gruppo numeroso, di avere sempre la propria privacy. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata Raffaela. Disponibile, attenta e sempre pronta ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta, si è occupata con grande professionalità di servizi ed extra, rendendo tutto molto più semplice. In un gruppo di 10 persone, con esigenze e necessità diverse, avere una persona di riferimento così presente e affidabile ha fatto davvero la differenza. Ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo sapere che dal prossimo anno Raffaela non lavorerà più lì: per noi è stata una parte fondamentale della vacanza e una delle ragioni per cui ci siamo sentiti così bene accolti. Villa Liogerma è una struttura meravigliosa, ma Raffaela è ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.

The house has a great location, with a beautiful terrace and a nice view, easy access to the beach, and a minimarket next to bus stop number 13. The house is divided into several rooms, and each of them has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the living room is a pleasant place to spend time in. It was also possible for us to leave our bags earlier at the villa and head straight out for lunch and the beach. It worked really well for a group of 10 people. Overall, the accommodation is comfortable and well suited for a relaxing stay. Our host, Raffaela, was very helpful and gave us tips on where to eat. She also helped us organise a trip to another island to see the famous Mamma Mia filming locations! She was very communicative, friendly, and helpful.

Unfortunately, we experienced an issue during our stay related to plumbing in the lower part of the house. Upon arrival, we were informed straight away that the problem had just occurred and was being worked on, which meant one of the bedrooms was temporarily out of use. The next day, it became clear that the issue was more serious than initially expected, and a plumber was called again. Unfortunately, the situation worsened, and an unpleasant smell spread to the bathroom of the second lower bedroom, so some members of our group had to move into the living room. It was evident that the hosts were trying to resolve the problem, but it could not be fully fixed during our visit, and further repairs will likely be needed. In the end, we did receive compensation for the inconvenience. It seemed to be a random, unfortunate issue, as overall the villa was wonderful and we have very fond memories of our stay.
