Locatie was top! Restaurants en supermarkten waren goed aan te lopen. Ov was in de buurt en daarmee is de accomodatie goed te bereiken.

In de beschrijving staat dat het parkeren 1 euro kost. Dit mag duidelijker en is eigenlijk raar om te vermelden aangezien het niet van de accomodatie is. Het gaat namelijk om een P+R die veel verder dan de accomodatie ligt. Op straat is er geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar voor 1 euro. Ook waren de kussen te zacht.

The location was great, close to most of the tourist attractions. The place was spacious enough. It was also suitable for more than 2 people. Everything looked new and clean and the overall atmosphere was very nice.

I had a bit of a bad experience before going, because in the description was stated that the deposit payment goes trough booking and is automatically collected, which turned out to be incorrect. A few minutes after booking the apartment I received a WhatsApp message with instructions to make a deposit payment +registration fee trough an app called Molley. I texted booking to check with them first and they advised me not to answer the message and to contact the place. After contacting Home and Hill they confirmed the WhatsApp message was from them and that was the way to pay the deposit. Then to double check I called booking support and they explained that the deposit can not be collected trough booking.com, despite what was written on tbe offer and what the previous customer support told me. I made the payment trough Molley, everything was fine, received the code for the keys immediately after. So keep in mind that the information stared by booking in the description about the deposit payment is incorrect. About the place itself: The front door was hard to unlock. Also keep in mind the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a verry narrow and steep staircase that might be a problem for some people. Like most old European buildings the walls don't cancel much of the noice from the other apartments like doors closing or loud speaking, but people seem to be following the quiet hours rules so we didn't have any problems with that.

Propietario (Home & Hill) que tiene demasiadas propiedades para poder gestionarlas correctamente. Malas reseñas en otros de sus apartamentos, que nos hicieron dudar sobre la fiabilidad de este una vez ya reservado y sin opción de cancelación con reembolso. No se dio una situación tan grave como en otras reseñas de la empresa, pero se intuyó el caos de gestión. La empresa deriva a WhatsApp para solicitar 74 € de depósito y 6 € por persona y por noche de tasas turísticas a través de un link externo a Booking. Luego, al darme el código para recoger las llaves de la taquilla, se confundieron y me dieron el código de otro de sus alojamientos que yo no había reservado. Una vez allí, con el supuesto código del locker (ahora sí, del apartamento que había solicitado), al abrirlo, las llaves no estaban. Escribí y, por suerte, respondieron rápido indicando que me habían dado información incorrecta otra vez: era otro locker. No me gustaría imaginar qué hubiese pasado si fuera de madrugada o nadie respondiera (muchas reseñas dicen que no responden a los mensajes, y de hecho, la comunicación no era nada fluida: respondía un chat de IA a los mensajes de Booking hasta que casualmente me quejé a Atención al Cliente de la plataforma). La primera noche llamaron varias veces al timbre y la última, alguien intentó directamente abrir la puerta de nuestro apartamento. Por suerte, no pudo porque teníamos las llaves puestas por dentro. Queremos suponer que podría haber ocurrido una mala gestión de llaves y asignación de apartamentos otra vez y que no era alguien con intenciones reales de entrar o que tuviera la llave correcta. Las puertas pueden ser difíciles de abrir y las paredes son de papel. Si los huéspedes de los otros apartamentos no son respetuosos, resulta muy ruidoso. ¡Una gran lástima porque el apartamento está muy bien y es muy cómodo y agradable!
