La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro de todo. Cafés, restaurantes, tiendas hermosas. Muy cerca de Lakshman Jhula.
Además el restaurante es muy lindo, aunque no tienen tanta variedad de platos, la comida estaba muy rica :)

The view was great , the garden was amazing , the cafe was right beneath the hotel so easy access
Although the cleanliness was very well maintained , but the balcony could have been a little cleaner

The room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly! They kindly offered us free bottled water and were very helpful with booking a taxi at short notice. I loved that they sell oat milk lattes at the cafe! The pottery studio was very aesthetic.
Some fries we ordered at the cafe took over an hour to arrive but were undercooked, and we were initially told we didn’t need to book pottery but were turned away 10 minutes into a session after people who booked showed up, which seemed disorganised.

As i got the repeated messages asking for check in time, i informed them i will reach between 11 to 12. I reached around 12.30 PM and still asked to wait for another one hour as the room was not ready. Also called many times to ask for hotel's proper location, but no one answered the call. I booked it mainly to pass a night and specifically for pottery session, it served my purpose. But will not choose to book for longer stays as it was not a welcoming experience. The only nice point is it is at a calmer place than many hotels.
