Het Kathedraalhuis Goudblomme

More than just a hostel, it’s a hidden gem in Antwerp! It’s incredibly cozy, with a unique atmosphere and so much charm. Everything is spotlessly clean, and Thierry is always so friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back again and again! Thank you! ❤️

Excellent location and a very unusual place right next to the cathedral. The staff were super friendly, everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice little extras in the room too: a kettle, tea, coffee, chocolates, towels, and even two pillows per person, which was a big plus!

The only thing that was not clear when booking was that the private bathroom is not inside the room, but across the corridor, about five metres away. The keys are also a bit inconvenient: to go to the bathroom at night you have to unlock your room, take the keyring with three keys, walk along the corridor and then use another key for the bathroom. 😄 Changing the locks to key cards, or at least having one master key, would make it much more comfortable. Our room faced the street, so it can also be a little noisy. It was a warm evening and there were many people sitting outside on the terraces, and early in the morning the street-cleaning vehicles started working. This didn’t ruin our stay, but light sleepers should be aware of it.

Alles prima, heel mooie kamer, goei bed, goeie douche, puik puik puik

Mooie ligging, bed ligt goed. Goeie communicatie

Niet alles was schoon zoals op sommige randen lag stof en ik ben nog al allergisch 😅. En er was veel lawaai voor op een dinsdag. Daar kunnen jullie niks aan doen alleen de ramen misschien beter.
