Mosquito 🦟

Location, it was near to airport

The property shown as available on Booking.com was changed by the host to a different apartment after I booked. Although the replacement looked fine in the pictures, the actual stay was extremely disappointing. The AC remote was not provided, and we were not properly guided on how to operate it through the app. There was no hot water, with the host saying she assumed we wouldn’t need it and that the building did not have it yet. The electricity went out twice for around an hour, and there was no generator. The bedsheet had visible red stains when we arrived. After complaining, we were given another bedsheet, but the staff member was rude and initially provided an unpressed sheet. There was also no proper blanket or comforter, only a thin decorative throw. Overall, the property was not properly prepared for guests, and the service was extremely poor. This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
