If, like me, you are passing by and need a place to shower and sleep for one night, then this is OK. room is tiny, bare but clean. The location is also good [a good spot to be between the city centre and the eventual transfer to the airport or train station]. Bars, Restaurants and shops close by. The canal few minutes walk away.
The room is tiny and bare. The bathroom is across the hall by the main entrance. Also make sure to contact the property beforehad and request the actual address [i think they manage more than one property] - i got a cab to the address i was given but was then told i had to walk to another street around 250m away, which is no major issue as i had just 1 small bag, but if you happen to have more you'd want to get the cab take you to the right address straight away.
